NEDAERO Components

ZEVENAAR, September 3th. 2009, all the shares of Heli-One Components B.V. , which is involved in Component Manufacturing and Repair & Overhaul for Fixed and Rotary Wing aircraft, were acquired by its local management in Zevenaar (The Netherlands) from CHC Helicopter, the world's largest provider of helicopter services to the global offshore oil and gas industry.

The company’s new name will be NEDAERO Components

NEDAERO Components B.V. provides Component Repair & Overhaul services for a large variety of aircraft and helicopters. Furthermore the company is active in manufacturing of new equipment for platforms like F16, NH90 and Tigre. “The MBO will enable the company to explore additional areas of commercial activity” said Managing Director Ruud Kleinendorst. “In terms of operation it should be noted that people, products and procedures remain unchanged as a result of this transaction”
